Our Owners
Cheryl White is a consumer-directed Personal Assistant who develops and implements programing with her business partners. She specializes in helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential through home and community based services.
Before starting Community Connections STL LLC, Cheryl worked 5+ years as a Lead Direct Support Professional and Behavior Line Therapist with multiple agencies. After a successful career assisting individuals with severe and challenging behaviors, Cheryl now works on individualized program development, with a focus on client skills acquisition and parent/caregiver support and follow-up. Cheryl brings a unique perspective to the company as the mother of a child on the autism spectrum.
Cheryl resides in St. Peters, Missouri with her husband Lance and her two children, Courtney and Logan. She enjoys football, crime documentaries, and has a passion for rescued dogs.
Lance White is an Operations Specialist at Community Connections STL LLC where his tasks include billing, office management, and staff training and compliance.
Lance has a construction background including various management positions, and was a volunteer firefighter and EMT/B. Lance helps develop and maintain staff and consumer safety standards within the company.
Lance is a husband to Cheryl and father to Courtney and Logan, fitness enthusiast, and cyclist from St. Peters, Missouri.
Lisa Dear is a consumer-directed Personal Assistant who develops and implements programing with her business partners. She specializes in helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential through home and community based services.
Before starting Community Connections STL LLC, Lisa worked 30+ years in the field across numerous settings. She has a broad range of experience working with preschoolers through adults, in the school, home, day program and community. Through the years, Lisa has established a firm belief that with the right tools, anyone can gain independence leading to a higher quality of life.
Lisa is a life long resident of St. Charles County, Missouri, where she currently resides with her son Nathaniel. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology from Lindenwood University. In her free time, Lisa enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, and has a passion for social activism.
Patty Jameson is a consumer-directed Personal Assistant who develops and implements programing with her business partners. She specializes in helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential through home and community based services.
Before starting Community Connections STL LLC, Patty worked for 20 years with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. During that time she implemented a classroom that merged social skills with music and art. She has also been trained in discrete trial-teaching and other ABA based therapies. In her previous position, she was in charge of employment services for adults on the autism spectrum. Her history in professional music and her marketing management degree bring a wide range of talent to the company.
Patty resides in St. Peters, Missouri with her husband Scott. She has two grown children, Madison, who is a BCBA, and Casey, who is pursuing an advanced degree in physics. She enjoys hockey, reading, and relaxing with her dogs.
