Our Vision
Community Connections STL LLC is a professionally run Limited Liability Company in St. Charles County Missouri providing community based skills development and social opportunities, as well as quality in-home programming to develop skills in activities of daily living, to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
What We Do
Community Connections STL LLC provides meaningful personal assistance to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities through a functional approach to communication, socialization, activities of daily living and natural community integration. Programming development and implementation focuses on the generalization of these functional skills across home and community settings.
How We Are Different
Community Connections STL LLC is joining the self-directed personal assistance industry in the St. Charles County Missouri area. Currently, personal assistance providers provide informal leisure and recreational activities for served individuals while offering families a reprieve from daily care. Community Connections STL, L.L.C proposes to both expand the current scope of services to include the individual’s local community, as well as offering a wide variety of skills development opportunities for increased generalization across all settings.
Who We Serve
Community Connections STL LLC will serve special needs individuals 18 years of age and older still residing in the family home. Programming will focus on gaining independence in activities of daily living, functional communication skills, choice based leisure and recreation, as well as forming meaningful relationships in the individual’s local community.
